Warranty Information
At It’s All About Efficiency, we believe in being transparent. Every tiny home we build is unique, which means warranty coverage is not one-size-fits-all.
Rather than offering the same warranty on every project, warranty eligibility is determined by the type of build, selected features, travel distance, and intended use. Any applicable warranty coverage will be clearly outlined in your purchase agreement before construction begins.
Depending on your build, warranty coverage may include defects in our workmanship, such as:
- Interior cabinetry and finish installation
- Flooring installation
- Interior trim
- Doors and hardware installed by us
- Windows installed by us
- Plumbing and electrical workmanship performed by us
What Is Not Covered
Warranty coverage does not apply to:
- Transportation damage after delivery or pickup
- Damage caused by accidents, severe weather, flooding, fire, or natural disasters
- Lack of routine maintenance
- Customer modifications or repairs performed by others
- Improper towing, leveling, setup, or installation
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic imperfections resulting from normal use
- Appliances or equipment covered by their individual manufacturer warranties
Customers Outside Our Service Area
Many of our customers are located throughout the United States. When applicable, warranty claims for customers outside our normal service area may be resolved through:
- Virtual troubleshooting
- Replacement parts
- Reimbursement for pre-approved local repairs
- Another mutually agreed solution
This allows us to continue supporting customers without unnecessary travel costs.
