While we do not currently offer traditional financing, customers may independently explore tiny home lenders through third party purchase rates and eligibility are determined solely by the lender.

We take pride in every tiny home we build. Every project is handcrafted and inspected prior to delivery or pickup, and we encourage every customer to perform their own inspection before accepting the unit.
Because every build is unique, warranty coverage varies depending on the type of project, equipment installed, travel distance, and intended use.
Limited Workmanship Warranty (updated 08/06/2026)
Qualifying builds may include a Limited Workmanship Warranty covering defects in our craftsmanship. Warranty eligibility, coverage period, and terms will be clearly outlined in your purchase agreement before construction begins.
Manufacturer warranties apply to eligible appliances and components where offered by the original manufacturer

Our tiny homes are custom-built and sold as specialty structures. They are not represented as HUD homes, manufactured homes, RVs, or RVIA-certified units unless specifically stated in writing.
Unless otherwise specified in your purchase agreement, buyers are responsible for confirming zoning, permitting, and intended use within their jurisdiction.
We encourage every buyer to inspect their build prior to taking delivery and are always happy to walk through the construction, materials, systems, and maintenance requirements.
